Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable $75 down payment is required to reserve your event date and lock in your Party Tent Package.

2. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 3 days prior to your scheduled event date.

3. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Full payment instructions will be provided upon booking.

1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event to avoid full balance charges. The $75 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Weather Cancellations: In the event of severe weather that makes setup unsafe, we may offer to reschedule your event or issue a partial credit. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations once the setup has occurred.

1. Delivery & Setup: Delivery, setup, and takedown are included at no extra cost. Our team will arrive up to 24 hours before the event or the same morning, depending on schedule.

2. Surface Requirements: The area must be flat, clear, and accessible for proper tent setup. Grass, concrete, and pavement are acceptable.

3. Permits: If your venue requires permits or special permissions, it is your responsibility to obtain them in advance.

4. Damage & Liability: Renter is responsible for any damages to the tent, decorations, or equipment during the rental period. A damage fee may apply.

5. Capacity: Tent is suitable for up to 50 guests. Exceeding capacity may result in damage or unsafe conditions.

1. Floral Arrangements: Basic floral centerpieces are included. Upgraded arrangements are available at an additional cost.

2. Color Themes: Linen and balloon colors can be selected upon booking, subject to availability.

1. Photos & Promotions: By booking, you agree that we may use photos of your setup (no personal guest photos) for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

2. Contact: For changes, special requests, or emergencies, please contact us at least 48 hours before your event.
